Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seal is unbroken, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
