We offer a digital color matching service. Simply email us a photo of your hair in natural lighting, and our specialists will recommend the perfect match from our 30+ available shades.
What is your return policy for hair products?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on hair extensions that are in their original, unopened packaging with the security seal intact within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST.
